After-parts

We have set up a special after-parts production line to reduce the lead time. Most parts are made in-house so we can supply spare parts for machines made over 40 years ago.

We will keep inventory of some parts in different centers so that we can respond quickly to our customers’ requests.

Service

Domestically we have branches in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya. We also have servicemen stationed in Los Angeles, USA and Nuremberg, Germany.

We are planning to start a service station in Thailand as the center will cover rapid growth in Asia.

Overhaul / Retrofit

All machines sent back to our factory for overhaul service will be finished in like new condition. Warranty period is 6 months.

Though focal point for retrofitting is to reinstate all electronics and safety devices, we will listen and cater to your other requests. In the event of changes in specification for overseas markets or policies like their import regulation, we will upgrade the machine with the latest options and solution available.
